Only what a form asks for. Every question in the interview exists because a box on a government form or a line in a letter needs an answer.

Do you ask for my Social Security number?
No. We never collect it, never store it, and never print it — every form that asks for one arrives with that box blank for you to complete.
How long do you keep my answers?
A year after delivery, and then a scheduled job destroys them. Your rendered documents stay available — the purge removes what you gave us, not what we made.
Who else can see my information?
Only providers that have to do a specific job receive anything. We do not sell personal information. Google Ads receives limited click and purchase-match details only to measure whether an ad led to a sale.
Can you delete my information before the year is up?
Yes. Email support@namechangeworks.com from the address you bought with, and we act within 30 days.
Why is my mailing address asked for twice?
They are two different questions with two different right answers, so the delivery address is collected at checkout rather than copied from your forms.
