Which forms do you fill in for me?
The SS-5 always, your state license form where your state publishes one we can fill, and clear instructions plus the official link for everything else.
What do I have to fill in by hand?
Your signature, the date you sign it, and your Social Security number. Nothing else on any form is left for your pen — though a few states’ boxes are a request rather than the whole of it, and want a document carried in behind them. Your state sheet names each one.
What are the notification letters?
A written letter for every organization that takes one, in your own voice, ready to sign and send. They carry no branding of ours at all.
What is the checklist?
The whole sequence in order, built for your state — what to do, in what order, with the form and the fee against each step.
Can I download my kit again later?
Yes. Your files stay where they are, and a fresh link to them is always one request away with the email address you used at checkout.
What if an agency rejects a form?
With the digital kit, we prepare it again free for a year from your purchase. Just tell us which form and what the clerk said.
Do you get my certified copies for me?
No. Only you can order those, from the office that holds the record. The kit tells you which office that is and what to ask for.
