What if an agency rejects a form?
With the digital kit, we prepare it again free for a year from your purchase. Just tell us which form and what the clerk said.
Every form in the kit is checked by the agency that receives it — a clerk at Social Security, at your state license counter, at the passport agency. That is the safety net the whole product sits inside: if something is wrong, it comes back to you as a rejected application rather than becoming a problem years later.
If that happens, we redo it. Tell us which form was rejected and what you were told, and we prepare it again from your answers at no charge, for a year from your purchase. It applies to both prices — it is not something the higher one buys.
What this promise does not say
- It is not a guarantee of acceptance. No service can promise you what a government agency will do, and any service that does is telling you something it cannot know.
- It is not a review service. We do not check, read, or review your completed forms before you submit them, and we never will.
- It does not cover a fee an agency charged you. Those are paid to the agency, not to us.
The year is also why we keep your answers for a year. Redoing a form means re-running it from what you told us, so the promise and the retention window are deliberately the same length.
