Can I download my kit again later?
Yes. Your files stay where they are, and a fresh link to them is always one request away with the email address you used at checkout.
A name change is worked through over weeks, not in one sitting, and people come back for the letter they did not need in March. So your finished kit stays available and the link that opens it can be re-sent whenever you need it.
- The same page holds every file, and you can download any of them again.
- The link keeps working, so a device change or a closed tab costs nothing.
- If the link has expired or the email is gone, ask for a new one with the address you bought with.
What does not stay forever
The answers you typed in are a different matter from the files they produced. Those are purged a year after delivery, which is the same year the re-do promise runs for. Your finished documents are not affected — the purge destroys what we were given, not what we made.
