What happens right after I pay?
Your kit builds immediately, the files appear as each one finishes, and an email arrives with a link that brings you back to them.
- Payment clears and your kit starts building straight away.
- Each file appears on your kit page as it finishes — the checklist, your SS-5, your state sheet, your passport sheet, and your letters.
- An email arrives with a link back to the same page, so you can close the tab.
- The printed copy is not on sale yet. When it is, the digital files will already be yours before the paper goes into the mail.
What arrives in the mail, and what does not
The printed copy isn't on sale yet — this describes how it will work. The packet will come to you, never to an agency. Social Security wants your signature and your original certified document in the same envelope, so that envelope has to be mailed by you.
The delivery address is collected by our payment provider at checkout, and it is deliberately a separate question from the address on your forms. They are not always the same address, and we do not assume.
