Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no signup and no password — your kit opens from a link sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Making somebody invent a password to buy a one-time product is a wall for our convenience, not theirs. There is no account here. Your email address is the key.
- You give an email address at checkout. That is the whole of the signup.
- We email you a link that opens your kit.
- The link works more than once, so a closed tab or a different device costs you nothing.
- If you lose the email or the link has expired, ask for a fresh one with the same address and we send a new link.
Because the address is how your kit is found, use one you will still have next year — the re-do promise and your downloads both run through it.
