How long do you keep my answers?
A year after delivery, and then a scheduled job destroys them. Your rendered documents stay available — the purge removes what you gave us, not what we made.
The window is a year rather than a month because it has to outlast the promise attached to it. We prepare any form an agency sends back, free, for a year — and doing that means reading the answers you gave us. Purging at thirty days would leave the promise standing with nothing behind it.
What the purge destroys
- Your interview answers, in full — the date of birth, the parents’ names, the address, the document details, the list of organizations.
- The first-touch Google ad details stored with the kit, if there are any.
- The delivery address for an existing printed-packet order. It sits on the order rather than with the answers, but it is the same class of information and it goes at the same time.
- The stored copies of the emails we sent you, which contain your address and your new name.
What stays
- Your finished documents. They are what you bought, and they remain available to you.
- Your email address, encrypted, because it is how your kit is found when you ask for a link.
- A record that a purchase occurred — amount, date, package — kept for accounting and tax purposes as the law requires.
An unfinished kit loses all stored Google ad details after 90 days. You do not have to wait for the one-year purchased-kit purge: ask and we delete your answers sooner.

When you’re ready to do it
Two questions about your situation first, because there is one answer that means we can’t help — and we would rather tell you that before you pay than after.
