Does it cost extra if an agency sends a form back?

Agencies reject applications for many reasons, most of which have nothing to do with the paperwork itself. Either way, it costs you nothing with us.

1. Send us what they told you — which form it was, and what the clerk or the letter said.
2. We prepare the form again from your answers, at no additional charge.
3. For one year from the date of your purchase, and on every package we sell.
4. If you would rather have your money back than a second attempt, ask for that instead.

What the promise does not say

• It is not a guarantee that any agency will accept any document. Every form is reviewed by the agency that receives it, and nobody can promise you what a government agency will decide.
• It is not a review service. We do not check, read, or review your completed forms before you submit them, and we never will.
• It does not refund a fee an agency charged you. Those are paid to the agency, not to us.

The year is also why your answers are kept for a year and not longer. Preparing a form again means reading back what you told us, so the promise and the retention window are deliberately the same length.
