Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
A name change is a project with an end. Billing it monthly would mean charging you in November for something you finished in April, so we don’t: purchases here are one-time, and there is no recurring charge of any kind.
- One charge, in US dollars, at the price shown before you buy.
- No renewal, no trial that turns into a subscription, no card kept on file for later.
- Coming back in September for the letter you did not need in March costs nothing.
- No account and no password. Your email address is how your kit is found.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go to them and never reach our systems, which is also why we cannot look up your card and would not want to.
If a charge from us ever looks wrong to you, email support@namechangeworks.com from the address you bought with, with the date and the amount.
