Can I get a refund?

Email support@namechangeworks.com from the address you bought with. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you can’t use.

Within 14 days

A full refund, for any reason, whether or not you have downloaded the documents. We do not ask you to justify it. That applies to printed packages too, and we do not deduct printing or postage.

After 14 days

• If a document contains an error we made — a field filled in wrong from what you told us, the wrong form for your circumstances, a document that fails to render — we correct and re-issue it at no charge for a year from your purchase, or refund you in full if you would rather have your money back. The year is the same year we keep your answers for, because preparing a document again means reading them back.
• If you bought while waiting on a certified copy and it did not arrive, or arrived and did not say what you expected, we refund you in full. That holds beyond the 14 days, because the wait is often longer than that and it is not your fault.
• If an agency rejected a form, we re-prepare it free for a year from your purchase — and will refund you instead if you prefer.

How the money comes back

To the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee.

If a printed envelope has not arrived within two weeks, or arrives damaged, a second one is a second print run rather than a correction — your kit page offers one reprint per order at $15. Inside the 14 days the full refund above is still open to you.
