From the link we emailed you. There is no account and no password — the email address you bought with is the key.

Ask for a fresh link with the address you bought with. Your kit is still there — only the link expired.

Yes. Your kit is tied to the address used at checkout, but send us the receipt for your purchase and we will point it at an address you can reach.

Yes. The link is not tied to one device or one browser, and it opens your kit as many times as you need.

Your files stay available. What does not stay is the interview answers behind them, which are deleted a year after first delivery.
