Can I open my kit on my phone or another computer?
Yes. The link is not tied to one device or one browser, and it opens your kit as many times as you need.
People answer the interview at a desk and then want the checklist on a phone at a counter. That works: open the email on the second device and the link takes you to the same kit, with the same downloads.
- Forward the delivery email to yourself, or open it in whatever mail app that device has.
- Or ask for a fresh link on the device you are holding, using the same address.
- Downloads work the same way — the files are the same files, wherever you open them from.
Before you have bought, it is different
An interview in progress lives in the browser you started it in, because nothing has been emailed to you yet. It waits there for the next couple of months, so you can close the tab and come back — but you have to come back on the same browser. Starting again on the device you would rather use takes a few minutes and loses nothing.
Print from whichever device is nearest a printer. Everything in the kit is laid out to print properly on ordinary paper, and the letters are meant to be signed by hand once they are out.
