My link expired or I lost the email. What now?
Ask for a fresh link with the address you bought with. Your kit is still there — only the link expired.
Links last 30 days. That is a safety measure, not a limit on your kit: an old link in an old inbox should not open your paperwork forever. Your files are untouched and a new link takes a moment.
- Go to the "find my kit" page — it is linked in the footer of every page on this site.
- Put in the email address you used at checkout.
- A fresh link arrives in that inbox. Open it and you are back on your kit page.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the spam or promotions folder first. It is the usual answer.
- Make sure it is the address you paid with rather than a similar one. The two are easy to mix up if you have more than one.
- Requests are limited to one per address per minute, so give the first one a moment before asking again.
The page answers the same way whether or not there is a kit behind the address you type. That is deliberate — otherwise the form would be a way for anyone to ask whether a particular person bought from us. It means a silent inbox is not proof of anything, so it is worth trying the other address you might have used.
A link that is not recognized usually means part of it was left behind in the copy. Paste the whole line, or just ask for a new one.
