My link to my kit has stopped working. How do I get back in?
Ask for a new one with the email address you bought with. The link expires; your kit does not.
There is no account and no password to recover. Your email address is the key, and a link is just a key we send you — an expired one means the key aged out, not that anything happened to your files.
- Go to the “Send me my link again” page, linked in the footer of every page here.
- Put in the email address you used at checkout. It has to be that address — it is how your kit is found.
- A fresh link arrives by email. It opens the same page with the same files.
If nothing arrives
- Check the spam folder, and search your mail for the address the kit was sent from rather than for our name.
- Try the other address. A checkout done on a phone sometimes uses a different one than you remember.
- Wait a minute before asking again. Repeat requests within a short window are quietly dropped to stop the form being used to find out whether somebody bought from us — which also means it always answers the same way, whether or not the address matches a kit.
Still nothing, and you are sure of the address: email support@namechangeworks.com from it and say what you bought and roughly when.
Links expiring after 30 days is deliberate. A link that opens your date of birth and your parents’ names should not sit in an inbox forever, and asking for a new one takes seconds.
