Do I still get the files if I choose the printed packet?
The printed copy isn't on sale yet — this describes how it will work. Yes. The printed packet adds paper; it never replaces the files. Your downloads are ready straight away and the envelope follows.
The printed packet buys the physical object, not a different kit. The contents are identical, and the files are yours the moment they finish building — you can read the checklist, print a letter, and start ordering certified copies the same evening.
- Your payment clears and your kit starts building straight away.
- Each file appears on your kit page as it finishes, and an email arrives with a link back to it.
- The printed copy goes into the mail afterward, and your kit page says where it has got to.
Why it is built this way round
The two deliveries are deliberately independent. Printing and mailing a packet takes a printer, a machine, and the mail; downloading a file takes none of those. So the files are never held back waiting on the envelope, and a problem at the printer would leave your downloads untouched and already in your hands.
A packet is never mailed twice, however many times you reload the page or ask for your link again. One order, one envelope.

Two questions about your situation first, because there is one answer that means we can’t help — and we would rather tell you that before you pay than after.
