What if my printed packet never arrives?
The printed copy isn't on sale yet — this describes how it will work. Nothing in it is lost, because every page is a file you can download and print again. Tell us and we will look into the envelope.
The printed packet goes first class and usually lands within a week, but mail is mail. If yours has not arrived, the first thing worth knowing is that your kit is not stuck with it: everything in the envelope is a document sitting on your kit page, ready to download and print.
Your kit page also says where the envelope has got to — being prepared, on its way, or not sent. If something went wrong at our end, that is what it will say, and your files above it are complete either way.
What to do
- Open your kit and download what you need now, so nothing is waiting on the mail.
- Email support@namechangeworks.com and say it has not arrived. Tell us the address you expected it at.
- If your kit page says we could not mail it, say so in the same reply — you will not be charged again either way.
If you have lost the email that links to your kit, ask for a fresh one with the address you bought with. It takes a moment and there is nothing to remember.
