Do you mail my forms to Social Security for me?
The printed copy isn't on sale yet — this describes how it will work. No. The envelope an agency needs contains your signature in ink and your original certified document, so it has to be the one you mail.
Everything we mail is mailed to you. Nothing goes to Social Security, to your state license agency, to the passport agency, or to any of the companies your letters are addressed to.
That is not a limit we chose. Social Security wants your signature in ink and your original certified document in the same envelope as the application, and neither of those is ours to provide. A service that mailed the form for you would be mailing an unsigned form with no evidence attached, which is a rejection with extra steps.
What that means in practice
- You sign each form yourself, in ink, after printing. We never sign anything and never simulate a signature.
- Your certified document goes in the envelope with the application that needs it, and comes back to you afterward.
- The checklist says which agency each piece goes to and what has to travel with it.
- Some steps are not mail at all — several states require you to appear in person, and a few require the signature to be made in front of a representative.
The same is true of your notification letters. They go out over your signature, from you, to your bank and your employer — which is why they carry nothing identifying us at all.
We also never contact an agency, a bank, or an employer on your behalf, and we never ask you to send us a completed form to look at.
